Customer Account

The license is assigned from your online SiloStreamDeck account. If the appliance has already been connected from Product Setup, no manual key entry is needed here.

Customers receive keys from Product Setup after purchase or approval. This setup can continue without typing a key when the desktop handshake is already connected.
